Are you referring to the one Magic Morning that you get with a 3-day or more ticket? If so, then your only choice is Disneyland on either Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. EMH for DCA is for guests staying on-site only.

If you get to DCA at regular park opening, you should still be able to get a fast pass. Some days they seem to go faster then others, so you might want to be at the gates at least 30 minutes b4 opening just to be sure.

I thought that FP wasn't available until regular park opening time. I got in without any kind of formal early entry to DCA and there was a rope drop before I got a WOC FP.

Besides that, how many Disney hotel guest are going straight to RSR to grab FPs every morning?

FP's are not distributed during Magic Morning or Early Morning Hours, so while there will be a line of EMH guests for RSR passes, if you go there right after the park opens to the general public, you should still be okay, as they don't turn on the machines until the park officially opens.

As I posted earlier, MM's in Disneyland are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. You will get one with a ticket of three days or more (so long as it's not a specially discounted ticket).

When is your trip? If it's over Christmas to New Year's (12/20- 1/4 except 1/1) then MM for DL is everyday, not just Tue, Thu and Sat. Link to Thread Post #9 starts the MM discussion.
