EMH Night Bracelet pickup question

Our cousin will be flying in late to meet us the day we plan to attend the night hours at MGM. We will have her park ticket. Is there any way for us to pick up her bracelet if she is not there. We will be having dinner at 6 (when she will meet us, her flight comes in at 4:30) and then we have an illuminations cruise, so I'm not sure we'll have time to go back and make the 2 hour time requirement.

No, the person must be there, a cm puts them on the wrists, they don't just hand them out. Can you leave her ticket at the hotel front desk where she can pick it up?

You don't have to be there just during those 2 hours, we picked ours up after MK closed a couple weeks ago, and there were a quite a few other guests arriving after the official closing for EMH.
