EMH/MM are fastpasses available? Fantasmic/WoC FP?

I've seen conflicting information and trip plans as I'm researching for our trip. Even during EMH its still advised to get an RSR FP instead of just lining up for the ride? Also do you have to head right to WoC or Fantasmic FP during EMH or just hit them before 11ish, when I've read they run out?

To keep from posting again - we're arriving around 12 on a Tuesday Apr. 21st (suppose to be lower attendance but no fantasmic only WoC that night) and would love to see WoC, any suggestions on best walk-up place to stand we have little ones so we can't/won't hold a spot for 90+ minutes maybe something in the 30+ range since it is a Tuesday night

Are Fastpasses offered during EA?
No, FP machines for Space, Star Tours, and Radiator Springs Racers will not begin operating until official park opening.

You may still be able to get FPs at noon on 4/21. Definitely check when you get in. There are very limited stand-by viewing areas. There are some spots right alongside the Ariel's Undersea Adventure attraction, and there are some on the bridge area by the entrance to Ariel's Grotto.
