I had heard of the extra magic hours at MK for the younger kids to interact with the characters in Fantasyland. I haven't read anything recently so I'm assuming that this perk went away (I think it was supposed to end this fall). Seemed like a really cool idea for the young ones - bummed that it appears to be over. Was wondering if anyone had heard anything recently on this?

Yup, it ended the end of September. However, if enough people plead and Email Disney about what a great thing it was, there's always hope they might bring it back, maybe not as many mornings, but some days.
