We are staying off site, so no access to EMH

We are going to Epcot on December 29th, on the park hours it says:
EMH 9:00-10:30 so if I understand correctly we (off site people) won't get into Epcot before 10:30 am I correct??

What I see for Epcot for that date is that the regular park hours are 9am-10:30 pm, with extra magic hours from 8am-9am, meaning you can enter at 9.

HOURS that day are 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

EMH are am, which means one hour prior so 8 am to 9 am.

I looked at last year's hours, and saw they opened Epcot at 8am, future world, that week. Since it will be busy, keep checking. Disney may change the scheduled hours for 2016.

As others have already mentioned regular park hours for that day are 9am to 10:30pm.
Everyone is welcome during that time.
EMH is 8am to 9am that day so you as an offsite guest will not be able to enter until 9am.
