EMH for off site guest?? easter week Is this True

Hi all I have a question about last weeks EMH at all the parks?My friend went and said that thay didn't hand out braclets and anybody could have stayed . Is this true or were thay wrong? I just can't see how that could hapen and she said yes thats what was going on. Hope this is not true. I think she stayed till closing 12:00 am and thught that was all the hours offerd. Why pay to stay on DISNEY if you don't get extra!!

I doubt it. Weren't Easter week hours until midnight with EMH until 3am? Even if you stay in the parks without the EMH bracelet you would need to show the bracelet to get onto rides. I highly doubt it happened the way your friend says it did.

Sometimes it's hard to figure out when and where the EMH bracelets will be distributed. If you enter the park close enough to the public closing time (within an hour or so of it), they will hand out bracelets at the turnstiles. You can also pick them up at various other locations throughout the park.

However, they most likely will not kick the day guests out at the scheduled public closing time. These folks are allowed to stay in the park and stroll and shop and spend their money as long as they want. BUT, without the bracelet, they will NOT be allowed on any rides. I'm guessing that what your friend experienced was lots of folks without bracelets shopping and strolling but I doubt she'd find anyone WITHOUT bracelets on the rides.

They were in the park(s) late because of the extended hours for Easter week.
Also, as someone already noted, everyone can stay in the EMH park after it begins but only Disney resort guests can obtain the wristbands needed for all the rides and attractions.
The Cast Members are very dilligent in checking for wristbands. I have seen people removed from lines during EMH because they did not have the wristbands.
