EMH & Extra Magic Hours

Ok, I don't know what the official term is called when parks are open late so I made up the "Extra Magic Hours" title

Can you tell me what rides / shows are open when AK is open 3 hours after official closing time of 5PM? We're going 1/5/2011. From your experience, are there more guests there during this time? Is it worth it to go or are the lines long?

And, what about MK's EMH? What rides are open during EMH? Is it worth to go to EMH at MK or just skip EMH park and go to another one? My fear is this is the week after New Year so many guests will extend their vacation combined with majority of resort guests without park hoppers will make MK extremely crowded on EMH day.

Our party does contain 2 1/2 kids - 7, 3, and a DH who doesn't like to wait in long lines - so trying to decide which park to hit when.

I think sometimes the yare, but not always.
