EMH evening & resort ID

what needs to be shown to get a wristband to stay in the park on an evening EMH - your resort ID? do i need wristbands for my 2 kids under 3 - i don't think they'll have a resort ID or will they? also, our uncle is thinking of joining us at the end of our trip. he was planning on staying off-site as we're full in our room at the POP. i'd like for him to join us for emh at MK instead of having to leave us at regular closing. should I have him check into the POP (if available) for that night in order to get a resort ID? how strict is Disney with letting him stay in the park but just not ride the rides? thanks.

Your uncle can stay for EMH evening but he won't get a wrist band. Only onsite folks with resort keys will get wrist bans. Off site ppl can stay but can't go on rides. Your children will not need resort keys.

The children won't need resort keys but they do put ID bands on the kids. My nephews all got one and they were 2 and 5 yrs old.
