where would you recommend to eat at MK during emh pm counter service. we arrive at the resort around 9 pm and are heading to mk to take in some rides, but everyone will want to eat.

I think the counter services that are open are Pecos Bills, Caseys, and Cosmic Rays. The menu was limited to burgers and hot dogs at Cosmic Rays. I don't know about the other places. You could check and see if the Plaza is taking later ADRs.

One time when we were there for the EMH we ate at Cosmic Rays. It was good.

Casey's has great hotdogs(love the bun!)Pecos Bill's is good too!
I guess it depends what your in the mood for.
