EMH Clarification

There is a list of Park Hours here on the DIS which tells when each park offers extra magic hours. My question is ......Do the times listed include EMH's or do you have to add the exra hours to the listed time?

How long does Epcot stay open for evening EMH? I tried the search function, but it won't work for me. Sorry for the repetative question.

I just got off the phone with WDW and the CM told me that you don't know exactly how long each park will be open for EMH. The decision is made in the morning of each day. She told me to call before we fly out to see if AK will still be open on our arrival date.
