EMH Checking Out Question

On the day we are checking out of AKL, will we be able to do the evening EMH with our keys? Will they still work? TIA!

Yes can still take advantage of the EMH, as long as you have a valid ticket you will be fine. Generally they ask for you to show your room key for EMH and since you do not have to turn it in when you check out you will not have any problems

you will not have any problems since you are entitled to use the room card for the entire last day of your stay..it's dated!

At every halfway decent hotel in the USA, guests get the full privileges of hotel guests through 11:59 p.m. on the day they check out. This goes for luggage storage/assistance, use of locker rooms/pools/gyms, and use of any other amenities and perks associated with being a guest of the property. WDW resorts are no different in this regard.
