Definitely get there early. We got in line outside at about 9.15 and were still nowhere near the front, and then by the time we got through Studio one, the queue to get into the Crush queue was HUGE! We had a 90 minute wait in the end (would've been 60 if it hadn't broke down for 30 mins as we were about to get on.
This trip I wont be bother with crush unless to queue is 20 mins or less.
Crush seemed to be quietest in the afternoons, after the OUAD parade time, when we were there last. Mobbed in the mornings though, queues back to the Partners statues at opening time

When we went in August the queue for Crush was HUGE before park opening.
We did GMFL and some of the rides in the EMH, then headed over to Studios a while before opening and the queue was not far from Studio 1/Walt&Mickey. Somehow we kinda walked forwards into a different queue that turned out to be the FassPass queue!!! Not sure if it was a trial/if it's permanent now, but we got split up somehow, then (using our wonderous Ebay fastpasses! ) managed to get two different time slots! We had two rides back to back later on after watching the early parade and going on the studios tour etc. Brill!
