EMH at MK 2/23. Am I reading this right?

I looked at the park hours here http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/feb04.cfm

It shows the MK is open 9-12am on 2/23 and that there are EMH at MK that day.

Does that mean that MK is open until 3am that day?

A cm posted on another thread that EMH is indeed 12:00am - 3:00am.
