EMH and shows?

Does anyone know if there is an official scheadule on the Disney World website for the fireworks and shows? I planned my ADR for California Grill at 9:30 on 9/3. MK is suppose to have EMH. Do EMH effect the show times? Also, when I am there MGM is only open til 8:30, so on a EMH will they have a later Fantasmic show? I found a few sites with the fireworks/shows but I wanted to make sure these are official. Thanks!
