EMH and Entrance

Laurie,

Is it inside the park or on the outside like? Sorry, just trying to have a plan.

BTW Jack, I did post in the family section disboutiquers for the girls to come gaa gaa over your avatar.
Both, lol.

There is one just before you enter DCA on your left, put you hand on wall and follow it around. When you enter DCA there is an opening on the left with Guest Services. Disneyland has Guest Services with the chained off line to the left and next to bathrooms. Disneyland has City Hall on your left on the circle.

There is a plaid at the north circle in front of Plaza Pavilion, not the restaurant, left side again, lol. There is a plaid in a tower like structure on your right as you go past the train that has ice cream and goodies.

Can I join you at DLr and also ogle Jack:rolleyes1, lol.

Ogle away! He is going to kill me. Actually my DH was very cute when I said "hey, look at this guy, he looks like Toby Keith". DH just rolled his eyes and smiled. I have the best DH around.

Thanks for letting me know where to go to get the GAC before entering the park. We are going to see if the local Dr. will write the letter for services needed next week. That is very strange to be asked to have the letter but we will do it. Sad state of affairs that so many people abuse the GAC. If they walked a day in our shoes they would never want a GAC! I would gladly wait 100 hours for 100 days to have my child back to what is considered normal.

Rant over.

Unfortunately the state of the world and peoples attitudes about how they can beat the system imposses hardships on others. I have a friend who has a son that is severly disabled(ecv, vent, oxygen) and all they did was go to city hall and ask for the pass, her son was not even with them.
Also I think there is a section on the board somewhere(sorry) that deals with these issues.
I do like your avatar!!! Have a great day.

Jack

PS You and Mechurchlady are very funny people.

You do not need a letter to get a GAC. Remember what Sue said about GACs and doctor letters. That is one of her pet peeves. DLR cannot ask for proof of disability unless the disabled person is getting something above and beyond what other guest get. National parks give a free membership so they can ask because everyone else pays. San Diego Wild Animal Park offers free admission to a companion so they can ask for proof but they never do.

If you want to bring a note then it should list the limitations of the child. "Junior has xxx which means he cannot be in heat and sun as well as needs to use a stroller so he can rest" is an example. Each thing can have many variations. SID/SPD and other neurovariancies can be very dissimilar from person to person. Cancer does not help the CM but "Tires easily, cannot adjust body temperature, no sun and no stairs" helps the CM.

I know you are a WDW expert but I post this in case a new person comes by and needs informing. Lots of new people roam the boards. :woohoo:
:scared1: EEK, did you see that one just go by? :rolleyes1
