EMH and a rainy evening = perfection

Last week we did the MK EMH in the evening and had such a wonderful time. It was raining while we were having dinner at the California Grill and we were thinking, "Oh, well, we'll get wet, I guess." (We're not a fan of ponchos - they are so hot and gross!!!!!)

Anyway, the rain died down and so did the crowds. We had the MK to ourselves!!!!! (Nothing so wonderful as the MK to yourself at night!)

If it's raining, consider it a gift from God at the MK!

I was there last Wed night too! You weren't quite by yourself! Wasn't it great? We were coming from the bus stop into the park around 7:30 and it was still raining slightly. A nice woman stopped us and asked us what we were doing. It was a riot when we said "Going to MK to play". She just kept saying--It's raining! Me and Mom--ages 51 and 71-- had a blast and stayed until midnight. No lines at all. I had a log all to myself at Splash and had a mighty good time singing and screaming at the top of my lungs! It was a magical night!

We were there too. We had dinner at the Poly and arrived at MK about 8:00...just after the rain stopped. We rode 23 rides (many multitudes) from 8-12! We didn't get off Big Thunder for 3 straight rides! (no one waiting for our seats) I was hoping that all the PM EMH's were like that...but the next night at Epcot was a rude awakening.

We were there too!!! We couldn't believe how dead the place was. Walk on most rides!! Lovely! Sounds like the only people there were DISers!
