EMH ADR query

Can a non resort guest book an ADR at a park that has late magic hours or are you restricted to the standard park hours .

Obviously we would already have entered the park earlier

Wouldn't it depend on the time PM EMH stars? For example if the Magic Kingdom were to close at 10:00 PM for the offsite guests, that means EMH has started and goes until 1:00 AM. So I am not sure a table service restaurant would be at 10:00 PM even for the onsite guests.

I am wanting to make an ADR for Yak and Yeti but the time we are going late Aug the park official closing is 6pm.

I wanted an ADR at about 630pm ish but dont know if as a non resort guest would we be permitted to do this?
