On the second day of our Oct-November trip, we are planning to attend early magic hours at MK. We intend to hop to Epcot later, where we will have fast passes waiting for us. But I`m wondering if we should stick around at MK for the first hour of rope drop?

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Sure! That's a good plan, especially since most of the non-EMH guests will be going to either Fantasyland or Tomorrowland to start their days. A good chance to zig when they zag.

Yup. Or even the first two hours.
And, I would head DIRECTLY to Splash and BTM as soon as the "regular hours" begin.
(Ride a couple of times, if you like.)
Then, go on to Pirates and Jungle Cruise.
Etc. etc.

Okay, thanks for the quick responses.

I agree with doing the contrarian strategy during RD, but should we do 7DMT during EMH? That ride is a priority for us (yes, that makes us very original).

Yes, it should be your priority during EMH if you want to ride it. Because the day guests will make it a long line VERY fast. You want to be OUT of the EMH areas once the period is over.

Okay, thanks, but I`m not sure what you mean by "EMH areas".

Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. They are the only areas open during EMH. So once it hits 'regular' hours, you will want to go to Frontierland or Adventureland.

Ah. I`m embarassed to admit that I thought the whole park was open during EMH...

Thanks again for the responses.
