Emerils

Since there are 2, where are they both located? There is the Emerils Orlando and Tchoup Chop. We want to go Orlando. But not sure if either are where you would need park admission.

You don't need park admission for either one. Emeril's is in City Walk before you enter the parks and Tchoup Chop is over at Royal Pacific Resort. To get to Emeril's walk from the parking garage into City Walk, keep straight like you are going toward Island's of Adventure and you will see Emeril's before you cross the bridge toward City Walk (sort of across from Margaritaville). To get to Tchoup Chop just take the boat over to Royal Pacific and follow the path up to the resort. The path ends right at Tchoup Chop.
