Yes, you will want to make your ressies ASAP. We went to Emerils in 9/2001 and called at the beginning of August to make our reservations. The only time available during our stay was Monday night at 9:30 PM! We called over a month prior to our stay!!

We were amazed! We loved Emerils so much that we went back 2 days later for lunch. Wasn't crowded at all for lunch. We made ressies but probably could've just walked right in. The lunch menu is different from the dinner menu so each meal was different. Lunch was a great deal cheaper too! Dinner was around $125 w/tip and lunch was around $40 or so w/tip.
