Thanks,

Last time I went to this place I didn't see any kids anywhere. I don't know if it was because it was 8:30pm at night or not, but it just didn't seem like the right atmosphere for them...

Just returned from Universal and yes they do have a kids menu. My niece ordered from it. There were lots of families with their kids too. We were there at 7:00pm.

Great , TY we are thinking of lunch there so we wont have to dress up so much,LOL...My 12yr loves to watch Emeril but my 6yr old I didnt see anything he would eat off of that is why I asked !!! TY again for help

They have the typical kids' fare--cheeseburgers and a type of chicken nugget. They also have more adventurous fare--shrimp and steak (I think).

During our recent trip in July we stayed at RPR and had lunch at Tchoup Tchop. My DD11 and DS12 had a great time and really enjoyed the food. They do offer a kids menu with kids speciality drinks, entrees include Tempura Chicken Nuggets, Fettucine Alfredo, Baby Bam Burger with French Fries, Chicken Spring Rolls and Grilled Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes and of course desserts.

My kids are also Emeril fans so it was exciting for them to eat at one of his restaurants. :Pinkbounc :jumping3:

Enjoy!

Make sure you order the Japanese soda for your kids. There is a marble in the bottle. When the bottle is opened, the bottle reshapes itself, trapping the marble. My kids thought that was very cool.

Funny that Tchoup Chop would sell Ramune (the Japanese soft drink) at its restaurant. I was bellyaching about my son begging me to buy him a couple of those soda bottles at the local Japanese snack food store. I told him, "I will not pay $1.59 for such a small bottle of soda. Soda is not good for you and you can drop the glass bottle." They had sodas with flavors like Lychee, Melon, Strawberry and a couple of others.

Then I click onto the Kids' menu at Tchoup Chop. Holy Cow! $5.00 for one bottle. Maybe the local store isn't such a bad deal after all. :rotfl:
