Emeril's Tchoup Chop at Universal Orlando's Royal Pacific Resort

Has anyone dined at Emeril's Tchoup Chop at Universal Orlando's Royal Pacific Resort yet. Im not even sure if it's open yet. But, I have been looking at the menu for Tchoup Chop and it looks very good.

I've enjoyed Emerils orlando and Emerils Delmonico's. I figure that I would not be disappointed ay Tchoup Chop.

I haven't, but I've read three reviews on it, and all basically panned it. The Slantinal's tore it apart.
