Just a few weeks ago when leaving the number for my MIL I tried it and found out after checking my docs that is was:

1-888-DC-AT-SEA

instead of 1-800-DC-AT-SEA

Also the calling party needs to know which ship (Magic/Wonder) and stateroom and should also have their credit card ready to complete the call.
