Emergency Broadcast System

I live in Northern Virginia and within the last hour between the TV and the radio, there have been 7 of these tests. I know they are necessary, but they are annoying. Especially since the sounds have put my aspie in one foul mood.
Just my vent as my son has now run to the shower to chill out.

Oh and I got to get him to the orthodondist in an hour.
