Emerald Island or Windsor Palms?

Is one better than the other? About the same distance to the parks? Closer to shopping or food? Better amenities? We stayed at Windsor Hills last time and loved it, but need a 4 bdrm this time and can't find anything cheap enough. This would be for a 4 bdrm house with private pool, at either place. Cost is about the same, so I don't know how to choose!

I haven't stayed at WP but have EI and WH. They would both be about the same distance to the parks and shopping/eating. EI is about the same distance west as WP is south. If you left both entrances you'd probably get to the Formosa Gardens/Funie Steed intersection the same time.
WP community pool may be a shade bigger and they have a mini theatre. EI has a tiki bar by their pool. I don't know about WP. They would both be very similar. Just got back from EI a week ago and stayed in a 4 br there. Have stayed there 4 0r 5 times. It has a beautiful entrance and nice landscaping.

Thanks for the reply! How did EI compare distance-wise to WH? I was hoping to stay somewhere about the same distance away as WH, because we loved that. Also, did you like the 4 bdrm you stayed in? Care to share it?

EI isn't much further, maybe 2 or 3 minutes. You can access Sherberth Rd quite easily. Yes we liked the house we just stayed in : http://www.vrbo.com/59106
The owners were easy to deal with and we had no complaints at all. One of the few times we didn't have to call the management company for something.
