Emerald Island or Grand Palms

No luck finding an [affordable] rental near Sea World. Family of 6 looking for 5 day condo/pool home rental for relaxation and other than WDW fun prior to spending 5 frenetic days at Pop with free DP. Have found 3 br townhouse at Emerald Island and one at Grand Palms. Grand Palms is more kid oriented (for my younger 2 although the older teens would enjoy PS2 as well!); Emerald Island has 4 twins between 2 guest rooms - no bed sharing between siblings, i.e., no fights. This one is also slightly less expensive. Any feedback on either place? Thanks again for your input!

I can't comment on the other place, but we stayed in a nice 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool house in Emerald Island. The master bedroom had a king size bed with attached bathroom, that also led out to the pool - 2 other bedrooms had queen size beds and the last bedroom had two twin beds. There was also a game room - the garage - had air hockey and darts or something. It was immaculate and very reasonably priced.

Only stayed in a townhouse in Emerald Island (and a private pool home in Windsor Palms) but can certainly recommend EI. Great location, gated, nice community. All the extra room, beds and baths makes for a nicer trip for sure.
