Emerald Club Question

Hey all,

As I was getting everything prepared for trip this sunday ( :jumping4: ) I noticed on the national emerald club reservation I'd made they said something about having your emerald club card with you when you pick up your car. Either I was in a holiday fever or I never got a card, either way I don't have one. Has anyone been ever been asked to show theirs? I thought all I had to do was show the printout from my confirmation, drivers license, and credit card. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You do not need your card with you. They can call up your info as long as you have the credit card with you that is on file in your EC account.

I would also call National to inquire if a card was ever sent out for you.

We have been asked to show our card on every trip. (5 trips last year alone). I would imagine that they will just pull up your account as long as you have your EA ID number.

Have not been asked for ours the last 4 times (we usually have it handy but I'm sure if you have your number they can find you).
