Emerald Club Question

If you use EC and Emerald Isle how do you take care of registering the extra driver? I sent for a card in my name and need to know how to add my DH as an additional driver. Do you need to go the the counter? Guess I could call EC but thought someone must of done this before.

Last year (week before 9/11) I just told them when we pulled out and gave them my moms drivers license. She is also emerald club so they just added her name. I am not sure if it is different for security reasons now.
