Hello everyone! Where in Disneyland can I buy ears and have them embroidered with a name or saying? I want to get a pair embroidered with our wedding date to use in our Save The Dates. Thanks!

I don't believe they will do that. AFAIK you can only have your first name or a very common, non-offensive nickname (like "Grandpa," etc.) embroidered on an ear hat. However, you can always have your hats embroidered elsewhere.

You can have the wedding date embroidered at most any store that sells them. However, there isn't room to do a saying. I'm not even sure you could get one that says "save the date".

I stand corrected. I thought you had to go through Disney Weddings. I think OP might be talking about one hat with Save The Date and the other with the date. There's a photo of this somewhere at disneyweddings.com.

I think with the premium embroidery, you can get two lines of text (but I can't remember for certain and I can't find my photo). Pretty much any of the dedicated hat shops can do embroidery. The ones that come to mind are: Main Street Hat Shop, Mad Hatter, Star Traders, and Newstand in DL and Elais & CO in DCA (there have to be more in DCA, I'm just blanking on them). I think WoD might also do embroidery (I haven't looked there).

I've seen people with 2 lines of text on the graduation ears, with their degree and name. If you wanted to do the date and your first names, I'm sure they'd do it. The bride and groom ears are the same size, so 2 lines should fit. It does have to be the premium embroidery, but that will show up better in the picture.

The premium embroidery would be your only option at $7 per line of text - you could do more than one line, but the charge is double. The basic thread/font is not available with numbers. The preium script font is a perfect fit for the bride/groom ears.

There are many hat writing locations throughout the resort, but I only know for sure the ones I work in DCA: Five & Dime, Gone Hollywood, Sideshow Shirts, Seaside Souvenirs. World of Disney offers this as well.

I found my photo from March. As Belle Ella said, Premium Embroidery is $7 per line of text with a maximum of two lines. Each line can have 16 characters. There are two choices of font and six color choices.

In 2011 my brother was able to do "Lily's 1st Birthday"

So they will do more than just a name
