Embassy Suites LBV or Caribe Royale?

Cast is myself and DH, DD 4.5, DD 9m; for about a week in late March. We'll drive to parks, and return for mid-day breaks.

Hi, we have stayed in both these hotels, I have to say my preference was for the ES LBV, which had a more 'holiday' feel to it, the CR was more of a business-type visitor. The rooms were equally as large, with a good wet bar area, both had great pools and an easy to use laundry area. The othe rplus with the Embassy is that I think the Caribe no longer includes a free breakfast, which the ES does (and very good it is too!)
