Embassy Suites - Lake Buena Vista

3 years ago we stayed at this hotel - now that it's time to book again, I'm seeing HORRIBLE reviews for them! We had an incredible time there (I mean really all we did was sleep and rest there) they have a free full breakfast every morning, and a free "happy hour" for 2 hours in the evening. The pool was nice and heated, the staff was great, and the atrium was gorgeous.

Is it possible it could've changed that much in 3 years? Were the reviewers maybe expecting a more "luxury" experience? I just want to make sure it's stayed the same as it was before booking : )

Are these reviews from tripadvisor? Make sure you have the right address for the right Embassy Suites when you read the reviews. It could be another one getting bad reviews.

I would think Embassy Suites would be great. I've never stayed in one that wasn't great.

Yes, thank you, Heather - it was trip advisor, and it was the correct Embassy Suites and the reviews were horrible - I couldn't believe they were talking about the same hotel!

I guess we're gonna have to go for it - we had a great experience with them, so I'm booking it on Feb 6th (for November)!
