Embarkation Form?? Fill out for everyone? LEAVING TOMORROW!!

Of course I wait until the last minute to ask this... sorry!

Do we need to fill out a Embarkation Form for every person in our party or just one per room??? And I am guessing just one payment auth form per room... is that right?

You have to fill out all the forms for everyone in your party, not just for the room - with the exception of the room charge authorization that just needs to be filled out once per stateroom
