Embarkation day upgrade

For our upcoming Fantasy cruise in May, I'm interested in requesting an upgrade when we arrive for embarkation. Where do I go in the terminal for this? Do I just request it at the regular check in line? Thanks!

If available upgrades are located at a separate desk. You have to check in through the regular lines first. Once you are checked in then go to the supervisors desk which is located all the way to the right if you are facing the counters.

At that point they will tell you IF there are any upgrades available and consult a chart to determine the cost of the upgrade.
