Embarkation Day, printouts?

Do you need to take any print outs or is everything on the app?
You need your QR code. You can print it or you can get it from the app. I always print mine out, though. I don't trust my phone with much of anything. Just my luck, T-Mobile's tower would randomly die that day and I'd be without a connection.

We have two on our reservation and we both have a file with every relevant printout. Phones die, connections are lost etc. Why not keep a thin file in my backpack?
(I can remember heading down to Buffalo at 7pm Friday night with friends. All we needed was that the driver had a licence. The border agent always asked the same question. What is your postal code? Then he or she would try to guess where we lived. Sorry, I digress. Good old days.)

Technically - you don't need to print out anything. You can access the QR code in your apple wallet or on the app itself. However, that being said, I still prefer to have the paper copy in the event anything goes wrong with my electronics. Also, just to be complete, remember to bring proof of vaccination with you (just in case) and of course keep your other boarding documents with you. Also, I would also carry with me paper copies of my negative covid tests or recovery letters again just in case there are any issues at the port.

If you are using your QR code on your phone, I recommend either saving it to your wallet or saving it somewhere as a PDF (I, personally, saved it to my google drive and accessed it from my phone) just in case, like someone said, you can't connect to internet that day.

Basically, don't rely on the app working when you need it to, lol.
