Emaill message stating discount rates til Dec 19th!!

On the Budget Board, there is a post saying someone got an email today with discount rates thru mid December. When they tried to book it, they were told that it was not suppose to be out yet and it would not be in their system until Monday. It said there was a PIN number something like the postcards have. Do you suppose that means AP rates will be out Monday or that there will not be any unless you are the lucky one to get this email?

The pin in the email is available to book today... some CMs are just not doing it. On the Resorts board there was a post that indicated AP rates "MAY" come out Sunday.
