Emailing Randy.

Hello,

A quick question for all of you who have used Randy.. Did you email him to let him know what style of pictures you wanted? I know Randy has done alot of Disney weddings but should I send him a list of photo's that I definately want incase I forget on the day?

I've booked the basic package with him and I was wondering what previous Disbrides have thought about what was included. I have thought about increasing it to the next package up but it is more pricey than I was thinking of paying. Were you happy with what you got?

I'm still happy I have Randy booked but I just want to make sure, I don't want to bombard him with emails cause I know he's busy.

i didn't make a list for him, but i did tell him on my day what i wanted. i also made sure my sister (bm) knew so that she could remind me.

he's used to doing disney, so knows the requisite shots that everyone wants, so if you're looking for something different, i'd just let him know. he's really easy going.

why dont you call the office. you'll probably get his wife Linda who's very sweet. she can answer any questions you may have (she runs the show!).

you'll book thru Linda, but Randy will call you closer to the wedding to talk about what you like and dont like.

I emailed him and asked and he said it was okay to send him some examples ahead of time so he would know what I was looking for. I didn't specify many "posed" shots and unfortunately, don't have any "great" shots of me with my daughter or of the three of us as a family. But, I didn't ask, so how was he to know ? He nailed the rest perfectly. So, make sure you remember and he knows all that you want. He is AWESOME !

No matter who your photog is, be sure to tell him what you're looking for. I booked Randy based off what I'd seen him do with other girls here, but didn't specifically tell him that. So I ended up with the opposite problem--too many posed shots!

I can't say this enough; if you don't tell them what you want, they won't know. Don't bombard him or anything, but he'd rather have a bride who gave her opinion than one who trusted him to read her mind, then ended up disappointed in the end!

I have actually started a list of "must-have" photos for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony. There is also a must-have for the pre-reception. I even emailed Randy with a special request so that we could figure out how to fit everything in the schedule, and because I wanted to find out what time he needs our kids to meet us somewhere (they are our attendants). He has been so incredibly helpful and responsive and accommodating.

I think if there are certain shots you really want, you should start jotting them down whenever you think of them and then ask Randy if he can make them happen.

I Just Had Randy For My Wedding And He Was Wonderful!! He Called About A Week Before The Wedding To Go Over Some Ideas And Pics I Wanted, He Also Had Tons Of Ideas At The Wedding He Is The Best You Will Love Working With Him!!!

I asked this question to Randy before I booked him. He said yes, just let me know what people you want me to take photos of. I said actually there are certain artistic shots I've seen that I'd like you to take, do you mind If I create a list. He said oh candid shots, you are my kind of bride!!! He said definitely I can do that. He said print out pictures and staple them together. I'm actually going to do two things. Email him shots with names if I can 'like the Maggie shot' and print out pics before my engagement (or planning session) and give to him.

He's really good, I asked him alot of hard questions and he was awesome!!!I'm looking forward to my engagement shoot
