Emailing Itinerary for Gathering?

We have the 7 for 5 package booked for this August for our Grand Gathering. I called last weekend to add one more Priority Seating and was asked if I wanted my Gathering groups' final itinerary to be emailed to me. Does anyone know when they email this?

I am sure you could call them at any point and ask them to email it. I have had concierge send mine once or twice already.

Hello Mrs. Toaster, I hope you and your family have a great time doing the Grand Gathering. If I may ask a favor. I would like to know if you could give me your thoughts on the Gathering from the setting up process and how it was handled by Disney's wonderful staff. You see I am in the process of putting my family Grand Gathering for next May 2005, and any insight, help, would be grateful. You can either post it or Private Message me.
