Hi

I live in the UK, while my auntie lives in North Carolina. Since I had my two little girls, she likes me to send over the photos of how they are growing up, but they only get sent in infrequent batches. We got a digital camera recently and it would be really easy to be able to send the pictures via email. But my auntie doesn't have a computer and at her age, I don't think I can persuade her to get one, just so she can see some photos!!

I thought I have heard that there is a way you can access the internet and email via the TV. If there is, could anyone give me some advice about it please.

MSNtv Formerlly WebTV is a good alternative to those who want email/internet but do not have or want a computer.

MSNtv is great for beginners. I found it easy to use before we considered buying a home computer. It offers all the functionality of accessing email and the internet without the complexity and expense of a computer. I picked one up on ebay last year for about $25. I was going give to my mom, but she wasn't feeling financially stable to afford another monthly payment with her DH currently receiving disability for a paycheck.

Oh, if she's near the local library, she could access email (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) and the internet for free!

Yep webtv I believe it is only available in the US now as it didn't fly in Canada we just want a computer here. As I understand it works quite well and is very easy to use.
