Email responses from car places???

I have sent emails to two different transportation places regarding transportation to and from the airport in December and have not gotten any response yet. Has anyone had any problems getting responses from these places? I was trying to save myself some phone calls but I guess that's what I'm going to end up doing.
 
Before my last trip I fired off a couple of questions to both Dollar and National regarding reservations I held with them and they responded in only a few hours.. Are you talking about rental car agencies or other ground transportation companies?
 
Other ground transportation like the towncar places.
 
With Happy Limo, I've normally had questions answered within a day or two and a confirmation of my reservations within one to three days via email. If you want an immediate response, most of the companies should have toll-free numbers.
