Email pin but doesnt have MY name on it?

I travel with a girl friend of mine once a year and we travel to Disney alot. We always stay in her DVC room. Somehow, someway, her name has become associated with MY email address and this is the second time now that I have received a PIN with HER last name on it.....

I want the pin FOR ME boo hoo.... how can I get her name off and mine back onto my email so the possibility is there for me to get a pin code?

I would call and check to see if you're name is associated with that pin too. I just called to book this morning and was told that the pin that came to my email address was in fact assigned to another completely different person. When the CM looked into it a little more, it turns out that the same pin had been assigned to two different people. She had no idea how it could have happened, my name was in the system too and I was able to book with the discount.

It doesn't hurt to call and ask. Good luck!

That is so weird! This same thing has happened to me. I keep getting emails with my name on it which is associated with a different address and name. People I have never heard of, from a different state. I even got a mailer to my home last year, and these other people were book with the pin code. It is very strange, and disney did give me the discount, but what a hassle. I don't understand why they can't just separate the other address from mine.
