Email or way to contact Disney about a culinary demonstration

I went to a culinary demonstration at the food and wine festival on the 4th and watched a great demonstration of a carrot cake cheesecake and received the recipe for it. Well, I'm home and attempting to make this and the recipe is wrong. The ratios for the carrot cake part are completely off and now I'm questioning the rest of the recipe. Really wish I had noticed this there. Who can I contact to get the right recipe?
Also as a side note, I can't believe I paid $17 for that. So not worth it.
