Email mix up with Disneyworld Resort

Just wondering if anybody else has ever had problems creating a login for Disneyworld to book their holiday? I went to create one and was told my email was already in use, thinking I must have already made one and forgotten my password I elected to change it. Upon changing my password and logging in expecting my name I found I was logged in as Danny from fulton, MS 38843
US. I contacted them yesterday to have it fixed via email to be told I could be waiting up to 10 days I can't understand how this could happen?

i imagine it's possible that danny from fulton used an incorrect spelling for his email address and therefore when you entered yours, it came up with his details.

my mum had the same thing happen to her for a melbourne hotel recently... she logged into their booking system using her email address, turns out someone else had incorrectly entered her email instead of their own email by mistake -- they had used an _ rather than a - which meant that their details were linked to her email address...

they told her it's quite common, and they were able to fix it pretty quickly.
