Got an email from SW saying that as a thank you (we are AP holders with EZ Pay) if I clicked on a link and entered everyone''s AP number, name, etc. we would each get free meal vouchers. Had to print it out by Oct. 15 and could use it Nov1- Dec.31. It wouldn't work. I called and was told there were IT problems and they were working on it and to keep trying. Kept trying. Called back before the 15 and said keep trying. Called after the 15 and was told new emails were being sent out. Never got anything. So we were there today and I asked what was going on with it and nobody could find any info or knew anything about the offer. The first person I spoke with treated me like I was making it up. The second person was nice and sent me to the mgr. She knew nothing but did give me what I told her I was supposed to get from the email. She also told me that if I still got the original vouchers more power to me.
So, has anyone else gotten this email?
How do the people that answer the phone when you call SW know what is going on and see it once they look up your acct but the people there can't "see" it?
I am going to call Monday because now I am really curious as to what happened.
