Just received email from Jeffrey at poly concierge with a planning itinerary and his help for any of our needs for our stay 12/28-12/31/05. He also sent a bit Aloha and Mahalo. What fun! We are dvc members and have stayed at dvc since we joined in 1994, but we are splurging for 2 of the 6 nights and using our reward points from disney visa. Can't wait..we love to visit and eat at poly, now we get the whole treatment!

Oh I LOVE Jeffrey! Tell him Theresa Brown said Hi (the lady who brought him the maple candy! LOL) He is great and gets back to you very quickly when you have questions or need something arranged

I agree, Jeffrey is great! Everyone I've encountered so far has been wonderful to work with. It has made planning our trip so enjoyable and carefree!
We're splurging and using our DVC points too! Aloha!!
