so I got an email from wdtc that said they’re no longer sending tickets, luggage tags etc via mail 3 weeks before vacation...we are to pick them up at hotel. Is this another cost cutting measure cuz it sucks!!

It's too bad this is the new policy.
Another reason to just book a trip out yourself.

I was told that today when I made our final payment. According to AAA it is because customers were losing them and calling for a second package or forgetting to pack them when they leave for their trip.

Who knows, but I am bummed! It’s so exciting getting the vacation package before we leave!
