Does anyone here have the email for SSR or know somewhere to share our comments on our trip with WDW guest services?
We just returned and found the stay there filled with small inconveniences that added a lot of stress to our stay:
at check in we asked to retrieve our grocery order dropped off earlier in the day (we arrived after 11PM) and they said it wasn't there, called bell services after we got to the room--no one there. called the desk again to ask- told they couldn't find it, finally half the order shows up, had to call and tell them there was more-they argued there wasn't-finally arrived over 60+ minutes after first call. Okay so we didn't get to eat that night because it got so late.
got to the room and realized they did not give us all the keys--called desk again. New keys sent up eventually---the next day, after a long day at the park, we get back to find those keys do not work and we threw first ones away as instucted. Asked maid to let us in and she couldn't--okay I get that, but she said she'd call the desk and have someone come since it is such a long trip--well 20 minutes later my husband went himself to get the keys
back to the first night---we had 5 people and towels for 2, no blanket and pillows for pull out and no batteries in the remote. Housekeeping did bring everything, but noone knew how to program remote.--so we finally got to bed well after 1 when everything arrived. The girl at the desk started getting very sarcastic as I called back with the new problems.
One very gross thing is the bridge--am I the only one that hates it---covered with seagull poop!! Today a seagull had a fish on there for it's snack.
We had one other day where I guess my husband's key got demagnetized somehow and he could not get in the room.
Also the person using the pull out got bit up at night--ugh!! Now none of this is the end of the world, but it gets pretty annoying and is not what I expect from Disney. I am not looking for anything, but think they need to hear all the little problems we had.
The worst part of our trip--not SSR related. The valet at BW wrecked our rental car and when we went to get it , 2 hours passed before they told us. They first tried to give us the wrong car, then said it was lost and finally said it was wrecked--wouldn't let us see it---
so our trip was a little stressful.
Who do I contact to let them know the areas that are lacking?
