Email Conact to Report Problems With DVC Stays

Hi DVC Members,
I started a thread yesterday about problems with Mousekeeping and the Transportation system during my stay at the BW last week. After reading the responses of other members who have had just as bad or worse experiences I was prompted to contact Member Service today. What I was told by a very helpful rep was we should report any problems by calling Member Services during our stay and they will deal with the resort to help us out. I would guess that if a problem is promptly taken care of by the resort you don't need to involve Member Services to take action but you may still want to report your experience by email.
After a stay you can report your problems as well as any good reports to the following email, and you should receive a phone call back to discuss the issue. dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com

Hopefully many of you who have had problems in the past and future will go ahead and report them to Member Services, and maybe some changes will be made in the furture.

I just want to update all of you on the great phone call I received already about my mousekeeping issues! Sheila who is part of the DVC member satisfaction team was very helpful and she said she appreciated my email and will be passing on the details. She wants to hear from any members with good and bad reports. Be specific in your email, just to help the conversation.

By the way the rep just called me and she was extremely willing to hear about the issues and will be passing my email on along with our discussion points.
 
Thank you. I really appreciate you posting that e-mail address - have recorded it for future reference. Not that I have anything to address right now - things have gone very well for us on our DVC stays.

We own at Boardwalk, but never stay there because of the bus service. As long as the busses service more stops than Boardwark, i.e. Swan & Dolphin,and Beach club, we will stay elsewhere.
 
Glad to have provided this information to all of you. I actually just filled out an on-line survey about out stay at the Boardwalk Villas. The invitation to take part came as a postcard. I have never been offered that before. I wonder if my email and discussion with the rep I spoke with last week had anything to do with it.
