I know this is not a DVC topic but you are my friends and I don't go to the other boards. Plus I'm sure someone here has the answer and it gives me a happy place to brag. I'm looking for an email address where I can send a message as high up in the Disney and DVC chain as you think I should go. The reason for my message is my son received his Boy Scout Eagle Rank and his Court of Honor will be May 17. Our troop sends out letters requesting congratulation letters from high ranking positions and I know Michael Eisner has sent a letter previously to one of our scouts but they didn't send a letter to Disney this time and I want to. Since my son is 15 and this month will be making his 15th trip to WDW, and we are loyal DVC owners, I would like him to receive a letter or two from Mike E., Roy D., or whoever. My son won't know about or see any of these letters until May 17. Not to do any more bragging but so far I know he has received letters from Pres George Bush (Pres George W. will send one also I'm sure), Pres Carter, Chuck Norris, John Madden, and some city officials. I know letters go out to Congressional and Military leaders, NASA, etc. Thanks for your help.

these might take days to get back to you though - you can also try calling and asking to speak to a manager.

I would get in touch with a WDW telephone operator. Tell him/her what you need...you'll be connected with the right person.

I once had a problem, this was about 13 years ago, and was connected to Michael Eisner's secretary. She was very helpful.

If you call the main number of any WDW resort the operator who answers your call is a WDW operator.

Try michael.eisner@disney.com. That is the general format that the company uses.
