Hello,
Yesterday I had probably one of the best experiences on the phone whilst making a Specialty Cruise ressie, the lady, Guenevere, could not have been more helpful and I could tell that she enjoyed her job.
I would like to contact the correct department to pass on my thanks and praise as I have always been a believer of praising where praise is due.

Just back from a problem-free DVC stay, I sent an email to Member Services to let them know about our spotlessly clean villa at OKW, the impeccable landscaping, and the fabulous attitude we encountered with every CM at our resort...got a nice acknowledgement the next day. Just as I am quick to call attention to things that DON'T go well, it is only fair to let someone know when they have done a great job! Email Member Services ... i am sure they will be happy to hear from you.
