No, I didn't since I was no longer at that resort when the issue occured. In short...we were at BCV for 6 nights..then moving over to POR for our last two nights. I've used luggage transfer between resorts in the past and it has been terrific. I realize that they don't get your stuff there promptly, but between 1 and 3 in the afternoon. We gave our bags, all 6 of them, to BS at BCV around 8:30 in the morning, checked out and went to breakfast at Crystal Palace for 10. Had a good breakfast there but after wandering around MK for an hour or so, found it to be just too hot and crowded so left and went to POR to check-in. It was about 1 pm. We checked in, were given a room but were told we could have bldg 14 if we wanted to wait. So, we waited. Not a problem. We love POR so were happy to wander around. Got into our room at about 3:15. Terrific room btw. I walked over to BS to see about getting our bags delivered. Well, they had no record of them. So, the young lady called BC Bell Serv. to see what the story was. Seems they had been.."too busy'' and hadn't made the transfer yet! But would get right on it. So, back to my room I go. We decide to just get something to eat. At 4:30, I called BS at POR again and same answer..no bags yet. She would check into it and get back to me. She called me to say that BC still had not made the transfer. She would let me know when they got there. Finally, at 5:35, I got my bags!!!
Now, understand....I have done this in the past. I realize it can take awhile to get me my bags. But, since I had had such great experiences in the past, I didn't bother packing a bathing suit, fresh 'undies' etc. in my daybag. Yes, it was'nt BC's fault that I got hot in MK and left early. But to just sit there for 2 1/2 hrs. waiting for our bags when they had made that 'We've been too busy today to transfer bags.' comment...well, it didn't set well. And to think that I had tipped that guy at BC $10 for 6 bags. I'm not looking for anything. Just don't think they had the right attitude.
